Kim Yoshino

Kim Yoshino currently serves as Executive Vice President with responsibility for providing strategic direction. She previously held the role of Human Resource Director for 25 years, leading corporate HR strategy with a focus on organizational effectiveness, talent development, and employee engagement. Throughout her tenure, she played a pivotal role in aligning people-centered initiatives with the company’s long term business objectives. Kim began her career in financial services with Bank of America as a Financial Services Officer and later joined Franklin Financial. Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, she brings a thoughtful, global-minded perspective shaped by decades of executive leadership and community involvement. Kim earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
