Dawn Eyman

Dawn Eyman brings 25 years of human resources experience to her role leading all human resources functions, supporting managers, strengthening workplace culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and advancing talent development and organizational growth. She joined the company from Hawaiian Building Maintenance, where she spent more than two decades in progressive leadership roles, most recently as Director of Human Resources and Safety. She managed employee programs and relations for nearly 700 employees across four islands, with expertise in recruitment, benefits administration, safety compliance, onboarding, and employee relations. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
